Steam: This game is currently unavaible

Hi,

I recently came back to New Vegas, bought a DLC, but when i try to start the game

Steam always says: This game is currently unavaible!

So i tried all the solutions specified in the link below, but nothing did help.

I also deleted the whole steam folder except steamapps and steam.exe to no avail

and each time i try to verify the games cache, it says one file is missing and that it will get it, but it wont.

Switching to another language does not help and the support wont answer.

Then i did take a look into the new vegas folder and to my surprise discovered that i am missing the launcher.exe and an .ini.

Just way to sell a software................ not.
