With the unarmed perk (and unarmed by default). I realize the selection of facial hair in Skyrim focuses on beards, so there might just have to be a custom mustache mod. And because he wore glasses like a true MF, this may have to be done. Because having Teddy Roosevelt punch out a dragon would be awesome beyond words.
