Help finding head in frosty editor & with hair mashup

Does anyone know where in frosty editor to find the head info on the nexus hydroponics protester with heterochromia? I believe his name is Rhys but I've had no luck finding it.

Also, does anyone know how to make hair mashups and is willing to do a tutorial?
