LE [find an old mod] Craft armor with different appearence

In 2015, I used to install a mod that it allow player craft a armor with different appearence but all of stats are not changing
For example:
I can craft "Elven Armor" with so many type, each type have an appearence and a name like
"Elven-Ebony Armor" or " Elven-Daedric Armor" ..........whatever kind i want

 

I can't remember what is exactly name of it, at that time i found it by searching with key word "Clothes Armor"

Today I have tried two mod with similar function

but the changing are apply to all armor in game, I just want to craft a unique armor for my character like what the old mod I used to use 2 years ago did

Any one can help me find down that mod or give me another mod can do my request
