Missing Body Parts

Recommended Posts

Hi all, I'm relatively new to the Oblivion Modding scene and I have run into a problem that, while not game breaking, is really annoying. Just a note, I did use the search bar but couldn't really find anything on the subject.

Anyways this is my problem, whenever I use the console to toggle free camera (tfc) and I look at my PCs body, the head and legs are gone! However, this affects no other NPCs and it doesn't show up in 3rd person view. I have no idea what is wrong so any fixes or references to other threads with fixes would be greatly appreciated!

Another note, if my character is doing an animation, such as the ones found in the "Actors in Charge" mod, I can see the whole body. And only if its an Animation, not a Pose.

I'm not really sure how the attachments work but I tried to put up some screenshots of the problem.

Thanks in Advance

I could be wrong, but I've this problem from the day I've bought Oblivion! I mean, it's normal that 'bug' while in 'tfc' mode if you aren't in 3rd person view mode as well. Just press the 'R' key..

Ive had that "problem" as well... its not really a problem, as when you are in 1st person, you wouldn't normally see any part of your body, and the game isnt rendering it. when you go into free cam mode, the game engine doesnt render the whole body... (i believe this is the way the rendering engine works)

Dyfed is absolutely right.

It usually happens when you use ~tfc while in first person view mode.

"R" will clear that right up.
