CyberNinja1234 Posted February 24, 2012 Share Posted February 24, 2012 Is there a mod that makes all weapons affected by all perks so a knife gets a bonus from explosive expert?Sure its a cheat mod but I think it would be fun and funny to have before I have an odd personality change and decide I hate my overpowered 600 level character.
