Skyrim - Custom Spells not Working showing up.

Hello,

 

Is there a full in-detail tutorial around for creating spells in skyrim? I've been trying to create a few spells that increase health and such but they dont work. They don't appear in the game even though It's within the script (Vampire quest script) to give it to me.

 

I've recreated characters and such and became a vampire all over again, everything works that I change apart from any spells I've made myself. I can give myself any other spell in skyrim through the script but it just does not do it with the custom spells so I must be doing something wrong.
