Odd Game Bug: Fast Travelling to New Vegas Clinic Creates Odd Things...

I'm streaming New Vegas, having a grand old time, loving the game, and playing a quest called "Birds of a feather." I have to deliver a package to some guy east of New Vegas. I fast travel to my closest discovered location, The New Vegas Medical Clinic.

 

I spawn in a flattened area. No sound except for music, and no surroundings whatsoever.

 

I only have 9 mods installed (10 if you count the WMX-DLC as a separate mod.)

I tried to travel outside of freeside, same thing.

 

Then I tried with another location, El Dorado Gas Station south of 188 Trading Post and I spawn normally there.

 

The area seems to be East New Vegas, with Fields shack, the clinic, CCC, and so on.

 

Then I disabled all of my mods, and when fast traveling to the clinic, the game freezes on the loading screen.

 

Then I disabled saving on wait, sleep, and travel, and then tried to fast travel and it freezes.

 

In short, PLEASE HELP ME!

Willing to bet you are using the game's built-in "auto save" feature. Please see the 'Issue: CTD on interior/exterior/"fast travel" cell change' entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide. Then read the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article before you start over.
