boxy and pixel smoke problem

Hi, I have a problem with my Skyrim, I can't lower my texture quality because smoke becomes boxy, it works just fine on high tho... maybe someone was having this issue before or know who is the root of this? I uninstalled all mods that shut interfere with smoke.
