It only appears only after I exit menus and then slowly fades away after a few seconds. I have no clue what mod could be causing this. The only UI mods I have are SkyUI, Immersive HUD - iHUD, Less Intrusive HUD II, Customizable UI Replacer, and A Matter of Time. I am using the Dark Souls preset for Customizable UI Replacer.
