Time standing still and NPCs behaving badly.

Ok, so it seems one of my mods is causing time to stand still (in game clock not progressing) and my companions to be unable to move to or interact with items. For example, they won't use a chair or go through a door. They also lag WAY behind when moving about in the world.

It seems to stem from opening the workshop in a settlement. As soon as I do so, time stops and I have to set the timescale back to 20. Even after doing so, companions/NPCs still stand still. So I'm guessing it has to do with a settlement/build mod. Here is a list of said mods...

Master Plan

-Atoms Gratness

-Bob's Iguana

-Port Royal

-Cabin in the Woods

-Red Rocket Reborn

-Wasteland Billboards

Snap and Build

Snappy House Kit

Homemaker

Place Everywhere

Conquest

Better Stores

Busy Settlers

Scrap Everything

OCD

You can pretty much exclude Ethreon's build series, that and workshop rearranged is the foundation for my current workshop, and it is by far the most stable and bug free of all of the combinations i have tried. I have busy settlers, but i have yet to use the plugin.

And i have a really hard time imagining *place* would be the culprit.

I would look into the rest, firstly look into if some of them has been discontinued, second i would look into the script injected ones.

But seriously, Try Ethreons combined with Workshop Rearranged.

1.Workshop Rearranged.

2. Ethreons Masterplan.

2a. Masterplan patch for Workshop Rearranged.(on same page)

3. Then pick what you like from Workshop Rearranged page patch list and install that and the patch, that way you know it work 99%, and there are some quality stuff on that list.Stuff like auto doors, curtains, mats and a bunch of other stuff. Insert that here.

4. All the rest of Ethreons main sets.

5. Sprinkle with sim settlements and g2m wokshop.

in this order.( i think, i have tested it aprox 100 hours for my next game, and it is really stable, and not weird with missing stuff and such).

....6....I am currently testing settlement menu manger, and i think it maybe goes here.

But with all this small stuff and extra patches this list will end in at lest 40 items/esp, don't be fooled.

Btw, not even sure your problem is with the workshop in itself.

Yeah, I've never had a problem with Ethreon's mods (on PC or Xbox) but listed it just in case something else conflicted with it. The only recent additions where Homemaker and Conquest, but I didn't want to post on the mod page in case neither are the problem.

Heck, it could even be something I did in the console commands. Though it didn't start until I came back to the game and added those new mods (Homemaker and Conquest). So I'm going through everything now and starting from scratch including a new game.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll try them. I use Sim Settlements on Xbox and love it, but with that and a grass mod it lags the poor Xbone out.
