Missing underwater rock textures

Hi,

 

I've started a new game and cleared out some mods and it seems I've removed whatever included the underwater rocks textures. I've gone though my history, but didn't find anything I remember the textures being from. Does anyone recall what mod or mods include these textures?

 

 

EDIT: I installed the original QTP3 and that fixed the rocks. However, notice I am still missing some textures and they are some, but not all, underwater vegetation textures.

 

EDIT 2: Reinstalled Grass Overhaul and overwrote Alive Waters. Fixed.
