What one person thinks is best might not suit another, Check out the top 100 mod list. these are the most popular and what most people seem to think are best. Find the ones you like and try them if they are not what you want, dump them and try another. Just don't try to install a bunch of mods at one time without testing. I also am very happy with Tamriel_VWD_v05_[Current]-6403, I think I would pick this ahead of any other "graphical" mod I have yet experienced (although I am still a newbie so my experience is very limited.
