When I play the game it is fine except for the massive lag I always have due to some unknown reason on my great gaming computer but back to the point, When I begin to speak to any character it crashs the game I don't know why I installed 7 Mods today if you would like there names I would be glad to tell you, But silving this issue would be awesome.

Adding mods isn't going to help fix the lag issue. It will likely make it worse. To start troubleshooting, disable the new mods and be sure it is back like it was. While you are out ofthe game, clean the Hard drive and defrag, a cluttered HD can slow things down. If you have a registry cleaner, run that too. along with any antivirus and anti spyware programs.

then check on background programs - any background process that runs will slow your game down.

It would help if we knew what your operating system was, which version of Oblivion you are using, if you run Shivering Isles, what patches you have installed whether you use OBMM, OBSE or any other Oblivion helper programs.

A list of your currently installed mods an their load order might help too.

That surprises me. I have been playing with Glenvar Castle since the first version with no problems at all and no lag. It's possible it was conflicting with another mod. There is a lot of information on the thread dedicated to Glenvar, but you will have to wade through about 132 pages of comments like 'great mod' "Fantastic' and 'This is the best' to find the ones that have had problems. And then even more to find the solutions.
