How do I make a weapon?

Im new to modding fallout, but not other games. How to I add my gun into fallout? I watched a tutorial on how to convert the obj to the right file type, but how do I make a gun?

not sure I understand what you're asking , because I'm not really sure what you have done , and what you need to do

but basically , you first need a 3D model and a texture

then you need to mix the two into the correct file format , and add all of the item data (things like where the bullet comes from , and such)

last , you need to add it into the Creation Kit , and make the actual weapon

 

there are plenty of tutorials , but if you are looking for help on specific parts of the procedure , it would help if you would be more specific
