itsmattman Posted February 26, 2012 Share Posted February 26, 2012 I know there's a decent few threads on this already, but I was wondering if anyone is planning on doing anything similar to Real Time Settler for Skyrim. As far as I know, the Skyrim Global Evolution mod has sorta died, which is disappointing, but does anyone have any plans to make a mod to atleast place items and npc's and whatnot? MrScabby Posted February 27, 2012 Share Posted February 27, 2012 I know its possible, the fo3 guys (RTS Mod makers) have been asked but they recently said their stopping doing them! they say it takes too much time, but im sure someone will make one eventualy! (i hope), i think the factual accuracy of the fo3 guys being the only RTS makers is debateable but they may be the best, my personal opinion is that Bethesda, should make one optional, because in the making of the game professionaly in a studio it would be easy to make a way of a player creating a settlement but the programing for the NPC's would take a long time, bethesda had to rush getting it out in the first place. take the fall of the space core, funny and cool but a waste of resourses in my opinion they could have createda or started a RTS mod in the time it took them to make it ! have fun ~ MrScabby Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
