malhavoc431 Posted February 26, 2012 Share Posted February 26, 2012 Alright, so I recently got my hands on the Custom Races mod which allows for my character to be a 'Nord' but still be a unique race compared to all the other Nords. As in I can texture him as I please and so on. Problem I am having is I wanted to make him a humongous dude. Like a half-giant or something, but while I can use the Creation Kit to alter the height of the custom race and such, when in game the camera is all screwed up. Third person camera is still in the exact same place where it used to be so now it is mid-chest rather than over-the-shoulder and first person POV is still at the old level. kevman Posted February 26, 2012 Share Posted February 26, 2012 I believe that it is most likely a bug in Skyrim or the Creation Kit. If you load a save for a main character that is not your custom race, then load your save that IS the custom race, it should work. Something similar happens to me with Textures. Any texture changes I make aren't remembered; I have to go in the Race Menu and re-choose my altered textures every time I start the game. I have no idea on how to fix any of this.
