Yet another black eyes problem...

Ok, so I did a massive revision of my Oblivion file yesterday, and uninstalled and updated some mods. When I started playing the game today, everything seemed to be working fine, except there were a few NPCs with black eyes. Now, this seems to only be happening in one race, the Bretons (I think...), and I haven't downloaded Rens or any other NPC appearance changer...things...yeah...so, I was just wondering if anybody had any ideas as to what I should do. Heres my load order:
