Oblivion crashes on start-up after reinstal

Ok, so I went to play Oblivion just now, and it wasn't installed on the computer in the folder I'm supposed to have it installed in. Arrgh! Ok, I went and reinstalled the game. I made sure to back up my saves and mods, of course. However, this problem is occuring on a brand-new, 100% vanilla installation. No mods, no saves, no nothing.

When I start up, it immediately crashes. Sometimes, I might get the "Bethesda Game Studios" logo, and other times, it just crashes immediately. However, I've never been able to get to the main menu.

It never gives me any kind of error message or code. All it says is that "a problem" has caused Oblivion to stop working. This message right here is all I get:

No matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall the game, I have this problem.

Installing in a different folder than normal? That doesn't work either.

None of my other Bethesda games have this problem. A couple weeks ago, I had to swap out my motherboard. This was an exact motherboard swap, so I didn't have to reinstall the OS. This means that I also didn't have to reinstall any of my games. Morrowind, Skyrim, and Fallout 4 all launch and play without the slightest issue. Oblivion is the only one I have this problem with!

What do I do?
