Weird teleportation bug

Hi.

Since a long time back I had this bug which is a very annoying bug. Most of the time when I pick a lock I randomly teleport back to the beginning of for example a dungeon, which is very frustrating because if you forgot to save before picking a lock you'll need to run all the way back, and if you're in a big dungeon you might don't want to do that.

 

I have tried: Force my fps to 60 fps didn't help, looking through all my mods and see what can cause this and found nothing, I have cleaned my latest save from old scripts, searched for help on google and haven't found anything that effects this.

 

So if anyone can find a fix for this annoying bug it would be great.
