thumbincubation Posted July 20, 2017 Share Posted July 20, 2017 I'm running about 70 mods, sorted with LOOT (all current) and for the most part smoothly. When I get into towns like Whiterun, though, any time I pass an NPC who begins to speak, or when the game gives me a notification in the corner of the screen, I get terrible stutter and my fps drops from 60s to 20s.
