LE Oil Spray spell

I'd really like a spell that you could hold down to cast like a Wall of Flames spell, only instead of laying down already burning flames it'd lay down oil slick traps like the oil spiders from the Dragonborn DLC. I love the idea of being able to coat the floor in oil and only ignite it when some poor sucker walks over it, but unfortunately the spider scrolls ONLY generate oil if they're already in combat. :/ The sound effect used by the Afflicted or by Lurker tentacles might fit, but ideally casting the spell wouldn't create any light effects that'd give away your position.

That'd be great, especially since oil is kinda rare. Do oil traps count as a kill by the player? If not, it'd be a great mod for ""pacifism"" run.
