Game Crashing in Dark Brotherhood Den?

My game is only crashing in the dark brotherhood den. About thirty seconds after I walk into it, my screen goes black and just crashes. No not responding, just straight turns off. Here's my load order

Sorry if I am bumping this thread, I had this issue too, I put it down to either a child mode causing issues with babette or whatever her name is, a web/spider mod causing issues or a dragon wall texture issue.

 

Turns out the spider in the sanctuary here has a unique sound to it which immersive sounds overwrites or conflicts with. so far after disabling many mods in your list plus immersive sounds, its been flawless.

tldr: immersive sounds is conflicting with the unique sound the spider is making in the dark brotherhood sanctuary.

Launching it not through the script extender worked for me.
