Combat FOV Mod

Is there a mod that changes the combat FOV?
It is zoomed in way too much with weapons unholstered/in combat and the FOV slider in gameplay options changes the global FOV.

There was the Enhanced Third-Person Camera (WIP) mod but it was removed for unknown reasons.
