Mods that should return

I was just thinking of a few mods that were in Oblivion that really enhanced the game for me and that I would love to see for Skyrim (as well as one that I was hoping someone would mod since i'm pretty much as newb at modding as one can be).

1. Better Cities- I know a lot of people would love to see a return of something as grand as this was, especially when mixed with Open Cities (Which exists again thankfully).

2. Furniture Store- I can't remember the exact name of this Oblivion mod, but it placed a Furniture store on the island right outside of the Imperial City. The store contained a good bit of hand-placeable furniture for the Player to buy and use at his/her discretion. This mod went perfectly well with #3....

3. Decorator Assistant- I know there is a mod that goes by this name already, but the one in Oblivion added a Summonable Pillar which allowed the player to rotate items, etc, for exact placement in homes, etc. The current one allows for this, however, the one in Oblivion had a good bit of options, most notably to myself, the option to Lock an item into place where, unless the player picked it up, it would not move.

4. COBL- This mod added a ton of different lore friendly items to the game world that gave a richer experience.

5. OOO- I know, I know, there are attempts at this already and there were 2 other mods of this nature (who's names escape me right now) which did basically the same thing. However, the added quests and factions were awesome.

Thats all that I can think of for now, however, there is one thing I would love to see modded into skyrim that, as far as I know, does not yet exist (and I wish I knew how to do it) and that is a mod that would========= allow for a player to kill an animal or enemy, remove the head (as a loot item) and, with the help of something like the furniture store and decorator assistant, allow the player to "equip" the head to a placeable plaque in the player's home, etc..

If anyone knows of mods such as these (or ones in progress) i'd love to know. What else would you guys like to see a return of?

For no 5, You're probably thinking of Wars In Skyrim and PISE. They both increase/decrease the difficulty of the game through spawns, leveled encounters, etc.

That said, I'd love to see Estrus return. The author did a lot of great work with the different creatures you could summon to uh, copulate, with. Or force tentacles onto NPCs with the spells. That was admittedly fun in an evil summoner sort of way.

PISE does look pretty interesting. I'll have to keep my eye on that. As for Wars in Skyrim, I'm still not sure about. Is it too much added? The way it describes the mod, it sound like balls to the wall anarchic fighting between strange groups of allies and enemies. Maybe I should just check it out. ... as for Estrus... lol, I had to check that out. All I can say is, that with all the nude mods, etc, out there, i'm sure someone will put something together like that again. .... One mod I am extremely happy to see again is Midas Magic. I never made magic characters, but after playing that one, I had to change lol. I just hope he adds new worlds to explore soon.

I really liked the mod in Oblivion that allowed the player to insert his/her own artwork/jpegs into different paintings and picture frames in the game. I think there were also purchase-able picture easels ect.

I would also like to see some new city mods, sure those are probably on the way.

I saw somebody's trying to recreate Morrowind... that one has me most excited
