So I logged in today to download some mods, and got that message. Four times so far I have done the email password change thing, but the account still shows that message after logging back in with new password. Not sure why they said I was inactive though, I have been here a few times this week, logged in and downloading skyrim mods.

Same as the OP. This is becoming really annoying right now, 10 minutes after selecting a new password I have to do the whole procedure again. Gone on for at least a couple of weeks. BTW, I log in every day, some days even multiple times a day, so I really dunno what the systems is talking about.
