Modded Game Crashes After 15 Minutes. Help Please?

Hi, I'm another kid on the internet who doesn't know why his absurdly modded game is crashing.

So basically, I start up my game, runs smooth as ass cheeks, and then after about 15 minutes it crashes randomly. It doesn't matter where I am, I could have just let my game idle while I get up to fetch a beverage and it will have crashed when I get back. It doesn't freeze, it doesn't give a pop-up window that says Skyrim.exe has stopped working, just CTD.

Now just a little note, my computer is pretty s***, not exactly a big boy gaming rig, just a laptop.

So maybe this is the root of my problems? Who knows!

Yes, I'm aware, I have WAY too many mods. I used to have more, and I used to have more issues. Now I have narrowed it down to these mods and this one last crash.

 

I have no idea how to merge plugins or what that does, maybe that could help?

 

I also use ENB with no preset, I only use it because it actually makes my game run smoother.
