Created mod gets infinite loading screen when trying to test

Working on a mod with some scripting, which I'm really new at, and I can't even get in game to test it. I ran it through FO4edit to get rid of ITMs and check for errors, but even with all the errors and ITMs removed and i still get the problem. If i disable the mod i can start a new game fine, but enabling it just causes that infinite loading screen,

 

I really don't know what i need to provide for help, but I will provide it.

Edit: I had a script i used for learning activate onint that wasn't susposed to be in the mod. I was able to load save games, but my learning script was causing the errors. Deleting it caused the problem to go away.
