Game Mechanic Rebalance

Hey guys, I am pretty new to Fallout in general and have only played Fallout 3 so far. The game is pretty good in terms of quests and atmosphere so far. The topic I need help with is the combat system. Specifically there are three things that irk me about the system in general.

1.Weapon Damage/Enemy health- I played through about 20 or 30 hours in and am getting pretty pissed at shooting 60 rounds of AR ammo at raiders and super mutants from pistol distance with it seemingly like they are damage sponges. The npc health is atrocious around level 12 or so and I constantly find myself making health pack trips to Megaton frequently.

2. Limb crippling- I know some people actually want to be immersed in realistic wasteland survival. I am not one of those persons. Is there a mod that completely removes this, even if shot by an explosive?

3. Weapon Spread/Ammo and Health- This one is a two-parter. Weapon spread, that thing that determines if your shot is straight on or goes a bit to the left or right....is too high. Also, the number of stimpacks and ammo is unusually low when I go raiding and searching. Is there something to reduce weapon spread for all weapons and increase the amount of stimpacks and ammo one finds?

For anyone that reads this far, thanks for hearing another rant here in the infinite wastes. Your patience is appreciated. However, I am looking for a productive discussion here. Only suggestions to mods or fixes to these issues are accepted. Please, keep the "you sucks," "Its meant to be an RPG," and other such useless opinions out. I want mods to play the way I WANT to. Yes, I am a casual gamer who plays a lot of stuff like Battlefield and COD and want some level of elements from these games in here. Also, I want to make my life EASIER, not insanely harder with mods like FWE.

--Update--

Started a complete fresh game with FWE as I read using previous saves might not be a good idea. I find the game so far to be a bit more enjoyable after tweaking FWE a bit. I will post an update should anything change.

Use this to get rid of the limb crippling

http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/22075/?

this to reduce heavily the weapon spread, it affects only the vanilla guns and bear in mind that is easier to hit but also to be hitted with it

this for the weapon repair

with these three you will save a lot of caps, stimpaks and ammos and a lot of time.

Personally i'm into a harsher experience but i can understand that the crippling system is annoying and the spread and degradation of weapons in vanilla game is something very unrealistic

I appreciate the info. To update, I was using FWE on previous saves I already did just straight vanilla, in other words, I was using FWE on a complete vanilla save instead of starting new. I decided to start a new game (harsh, yes) but ultimately after I set the experience, it wasn't so bad so far. I turned down the harshness though as I only wanted the increased damage done to enemies (not too extreme, mind you). I'll keep those mods in mind. The thing I do need to do now is simply find a mod that replaces some of those guns in FWE as the iron sights on them block your view when they are fired.
