Can't load into new areas

[iamapottymouth]

hey guys, so I cannot load into areas, any time I enter into a load screen, other than from the main menu, it CTDs. Here's some basic PC and mod info:

 

CPU: i7-6700k

GPU: AMD R9 390X 8GB
