Creation kit question, trying to give the deliverer a 1911 model

So I have no experience creating mods but this doesn't exist so i figured I would try and do it my self. I wanted to just replace the PPK Deliverer model with a 1911 Model from a mod. After an hour or so playing around with the creation kit all I managed to do was make the Deliverer invisible. So I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction on how to replace the default Deliverer model with another model.
