deathsurfers11
Ok I would love to see a mod where you start the game off with no perk points, or special points. Where you literally have to work your way up from the bottom. Edited July 25, 2017 by deathsurfers11
skubblebubble
player.setav STRENGTH 1; player.setav PERCEPTION 1; player.setav ENDURANCE 1; player.setav CHARISMA 1; player.setav INTELLIGENCE 1; player.setav AGILITY 1; player.setav LUCK 1 put that into a text file in your fallout 4 folder. (say zerostart.txt ) Then, in game, open the console and type bat zerostart and hit enter. All your special points are now 1. Now you have to choose at levelup: perk or special. You'd have to get to level 21 to be where you would normally start.

SirDanest
I wish there was a perk level below the default starting level; incompetance, basically. Every first level character is a fairly good shot, can pick locks, hack computers, craft things, etc. Not at master levvel, but they still have a huge array of skills for a beginner. So, maybe if the default starting perks were the level 0 perk, and you could start at level one by choosing one or two to advance to "normal" starting levels, you'd have a character who wouldn't already be a man/woman of all trades. Just sayin'.
deathsurfers11
I agree, and it does kinda bug me that you are already so OP, especially seeing as how you are a pre war citizen with no knowledge of (realistically) any of the stuff you already know how to do. That is why I want a mod like this so you can actually start from the ground up.
SEMMz
uSpecialPoints = 0 Might work. basically you'd have zero points to allocate when naming your character. It's under the Gameplay>Settings dropdown on the kit. You might even be able to find it in an .ini file. I actually play with 33 to start with. It'd be really easy to edit yourself. You don't even have to load the esms. I bet fo4edit would work if you have it.
