HOW TO CREATE DARK SOULS 3 MODS

Hi, i was wondering if somebody can explian me how to make mods for dark souls 3.. i mean,

not only change colors or textures, but also how to modify forms and structures from armor sets,

weapons, etc.. what program i have to use, how to save the files (.DDS / .PNG / i dont know).

If there's any video that can help please post the link, thank you guys!!

Modding dark souls III will most likely get you banned from playing the game online ever again. They did it in the ds2 remaster so I would assume they would do it in ds3
