[LE] Trying to modify a dialogue mod

Hi, I found this dialogue mod which allows you to click a main option on the main menu then another option no a second menu. After that you get around 5-6 options. Each of those options does an action based on a PSC/PEX file. I want to actually create a simple mod like that and replace the menu options texts and actions with some of my own. I used TESSEDIT the tool and I navigated into the options. I decided to remove the main option on the main menu then make the second option on the second menu the main option by setting the flag.

 

I saved the modifications and launched the game. The menu worked. Though the actions are not longer launched. I do not know why they are not being carried out. Can anyone shed some light on this. Also, if anyone can direct me to a guide to do what I want I would really appreciate it.

 

One last question, is it possible to add more options to the ESP file using TESSEDIT and link them to functions in PEX files? I cannot get my creation kit to work at all. It always freezes. I have tried every solution I found without luck. So, the creation kit is beyond me. I am only using the compiler with the GUI from the program available on nexusmods.
