CTD on new game and few seconds after loading a save

Firstly, english is not my first language so forgive me for the possible spelling errors.

I'm running 300+ mods on my skyrim that i manage with NMM, and i use LOOT to sort my load order. I have SKSE installed (obviously) and i've done the memory fix. Also i use Memory Blocks Log, and according to it, the problem shouldn't be memory related. To find the cause of the problem i have already reinstalled skyrim and all the mods i had few at a time, tried uninstalling mods that i thought could be the problem individually, didn't work, and i've read like a 1000 threads about CTDs, but didn't find anything that was similar to my problem. LOOT doesn't give any error messages and i have only a few dirty plugins that have not caused problems in the past.

 

The problem in detail is everytime i try to start a new game, the game goes to loading screen, and in the end of the loading cycle the game crashes to desktop, and if i load an existing save, the game loads just fine, but after a few seconds of running around, CTD.

 

I'm not a very experienced modder, and don't know a lot about these things, but i've always been able to fix any problems i've had. This time i just can't figure out what's causing it, and after 25 hours of trying to find the cause of the problem, i figured i'd just ask for help. So if anyone has any ideas of what might be causing this, i'd appreciate the help.

UPDATE: turns out i had installed "real shelter" incorrectly and i think that was causing the crashes at first. At that point i just wanted to play the game so i just uninstalled it and started a new game. Everything worked great after that for a while, until the crashing started again, and again i have no idea what's causing it. So i still can't start a new game, and if i load a previous save it loads it fine but crashes immediately after entering the game. Anydoby have any ideas what might be causing this?

I'm experiencing something similar on one of my AMD machines.. At first it was Okay, and when i start a new game it is Okay for a little while, then, when i'm trying to load save game, it's sorta loading into the game itself and after just one or two sec it CTD. No really a single idea what's happenning.. Tried many things already, many times have all my mods reinstalled completely, but it is what it is.. I'm a Vortex user mostly, but on this computer i gave MO2 a try, and it happens only while i'm using it.

With Vortex my mod list far more crazier, and with it i can finish the game from start to the end without one single CTD.

Must be a conflict of some sort, but where is it i've honestly no idea.. NetScriptFrameWork also shows some sort of a crush log, but it doesn't give me any help at all. Many of these mods if not all were sorted/switched of/removed/reinstalled, but the problem suddenly seems to appear again and again, as a matter of fact the problem still stands.. No wonder to me that Vortex became so popular, because it never caused me such a troublesome exp with mods. Even ENB never caused me a single nuisance with Vortex. Don't know why it's happenning.. Everyone else seem enjoy MO2 and everybody seem to say that it is the best modding tool for Skyrim ever created. Arguable if you ask me.
