Just that, a 4K pack of alot of the Boris Vallejo ilustrations; i could also request 2000AD ilustrations too... Judge Dredd, Rogue Trooper, Venus Blue, ABC Warriors, Judge Anderson, Stronium Dog etc. I think that all of that goes alot in the Fallout and Fallout 4 fashion.

you could make it for your own personal use as long as you don't upload it anywhere.

look for a tutorial for texture swaps.

as it is for personal use only, you could download a mod of wall posters and change the images in that as it is a little easier than building a mod from the ground up.

you never know, you might find you get the bug for modding once you see something you made in the game ;)

I used to do OFP, ArmA and ArmA 2 stuff, my M4's pack, M1911 A1 and custom faces may still be in Armaholic.com, Armedassault.info and maybe even still on the official BIS forums, idk; so yeah, i know what you mean... but i don't want to start with that nightmare again, plus... i don't really know how to make UV maps with the PS CS6. Google is full of Boris Vallejo and 2000AD Comics ilustrations that have enough resolution to be good posters once ingame after the whole .jpg > .tga > .dds tedious conversion. I would see that as a tribute and appreciation rather than a copyright violation, but... i don't make the rules.

Ask Boris Vallejo and 2000AD for permission?, contact with 2000AD will be easyer i think than contact Boris Vallejo directly; back in the late 80s and early 90s 2000AD used to be very reader friendly, here in spain (im spanish) they'd used to publish with Ediciones Zinco and they replyed every card, usually in the same therms that the cars were whritten, was funny to see the replys to some of the complains of my fellas. But i don't think that'll be possible to really contact Boris Vallejo for ask him about permissions for a quick FO4 mod.

why not?

the link in my previous post is a direct link to contact him.

for someone in the position of Boris Vallejo, who has digital copies of his work distributed all over the internet by people who don't ask, being asked would probably make his day.

as you pointed out, the mod is a tribute to him so there is a real possibility of him saying yes.
