MGS3 DLC file location/Changing which model a mod replaces

Hello all,

 

I've become interested in the MSX Solid Snake mod, but I'd rather it replace the Pixelated Solid Snake model instead of the MGS3 fatigues.

 

To do this I'm considering the following:

 

1. Install mod using SnakeBite

2. Swap the MGS1 SS model with the (now modded) MGS3 Fatigues model

3. Uninstall the mod, hopefully leaving behind the MGS1 SS with the mod model

 

However I've run into a roadblock in that I can't find the files for the DLC characters. Does anyone know which chunk file I have to unpack?

Will my method work? If not, is there a method that could work?
