how do you make a plugin for an edited npc with everything in their inventory included?

hi there!, i'm just wondering how to make a plugin out of a modified npc, and everything in their inventory and making their default outfit and weapon as is what i have currently installed on them. cause i'm planning to start a new game with the npc's i have modified.
