Extended UI causing post character-editor CDT

Hi guys ! I finally was able to make a stabilized moded game. it has taken me long, almost a week now, from choosing mods, realising adding mods is no easy task, re-evaluating mods i need, learning how to mod correctly... I've come a long way guys ! I've done the trials, now I'm worthy of trying to be worthy of my dragon born title !

LIES ! My game keep on crashing to desktop. Either right after character creation, either right when I load a game that was created with this mod set. (doesn't crash when loading old games)

I've used loot, cleaned with tes5edit, merged without leveled lists, wryebatched the leveled lists, used the pama perkus maximus patchus thingus. I've check my memory block log, it has nothing to do with hitting memory cap.
I'm using skse, the version on steam. Using Nexus mod manager. Playing on the latest version of Oldrim legendary edition.
Game's located at E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim

Here's my setup :
Asus P8p67 Pro Rev 3.1 Intel COre i5 2500K AMD Radeon HD 6950 2go 2 x 4GB DDR3 Corsair CML8GX3M2A 1600 C9

still I wasn't over with it. Creating a new game crashed the game everytime. Sometime before even being able to create my character, but mostly right after I finished creating my character.

 

I activated the papyrus, last entry was about extendedui, and desactivating it worked. But I need it for the perkus maximus descriptus redonus (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/80079/?). so if you guys have an idea of why extendui is making my leveled list of books bugging... (I suppose it's about leveled list generation because everything was working good on loaded game, and because disabling extended ui resolved the problem)

 

EDIT : Ok, I was wrong. I don't know why everything went allright with the try I did with Extended UI off, but it's clearly a coincidence. I can't launch a game still. When I created my character with alternate start, everytime I crashed when I finished, all I saw was a bug where I could see outside whyle I was in a cave. But trying to go without alternate start didn't go well either ! I couldn't even watch the litle intro... Papyrus isn't helping this time, every logs stops somewhere different... This bug is caused by hardcore elfx and alternate start but is only visual and shouldn't be too much of a problem.

I disabled all plugins and enabled them 10 by 10 to see and locate wich plugin was making me crash. I've gone thro it all, and whyle pama seems to be not helping at all, I have good and bad results without link to what mods are disabled or enabled... And I can't load a game I created with those mods without it to crash ! It seems the more I disable, to more stable it gets, but that's all I've been able to deduct from this technique from now... I'm getting tired now, I wanna play omg. Still on it, but I guess I could really use a hand. I mean it's challenging and all, and it's needed... but damn can't I play some and not just only trying set my game...

Edit : Added my comment to the first post. Since I'm actively trying to fix my game the title of the topic is not correct anymore, it's obviously not extended UI that's making my game crash. Can't find the "edit title" option, I guess it doesn't exist. Not sure if I should repost or ask gently someone that can to rename it to : "CTD on new/loaded new game"

Allright it seems I was able to solve my problem by allocating more memory into the second memory heap using SKSE.ini. (Not sure if said right) For those who might have similar issues, it's located into Skyrim/data/SKSE/SKSE.ini. If you don't have it, then you must create it. (You need skse plugin obviously)

I changed

DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=1024
ScrapHeapSizeMB=256
into
DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=1024
ScrapHeapSizeMB=512

I also changed my load order a bit, wich solved my previous problem wich caused the alternate start cave to be open on the sky. I'm not sure about the last part of it, as I followed guides here and there but I couldn't say wich was gameplay overhaul (Is IA gameplay overhaul ?)
Here's the example I followed
#01: Your ESM Files;
