Advice on ini settings wanted

I've been tweaking my ini's for a long time, and I would like to know if I can improve them to provide a better FO4 experience on my rig.

 

Rig: AMD Phenom II X6, 16 GB, GTX 960 with 4 GB GDDR5.

 

Advice would be greatly appreciated. This is one of my favorite games and I want to try to adjust for its problems as much as possible.
