Very warm Falkreath

My Falkreath in game has a real ''warm and dark'' look and at night i can barely see the end of the street. The same in Riften.

I suspect this has to do with Climates of Tamriel. It looks to me only the southern ''warmer'' holds are affected by this. The northern ones look good at night.

I took some screenshots of Whiterun, Riften and Falkreath.
On some i turned ENB off with f12.

If it is Climates of Tamriel that gives this extreem ''warm hazy kinda glow'', how can i turn it off? Or perhaps something else is causing this.

Edit: alright, im sure its CoT. I unboxed the CoT ESP. and the ones linked to it, and the ''haze'' was gone.

My question now: Is there someway to keep CoT, but shut off this effect?

I see you're using ELFX-Exteriors option. Try disabling that and see if it makes a difference.

I know what the problem is, the CoT weather patch is the problem. It seems i installed the CoT Weather patch: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/39799/? but with CoT v5 instead of 3.5, maybe thats the problem.

 

I have disabled the CoT weatherpatch ESP and gonna play and see if i can spot any difference.
