strange graphical glitch - game unplayable

hi everyone, i've recently ran into a strange graphical glitch that makes certain parts of the game unplayable. part of Longfellow's shack has some sort of "ghost terrain" over the seashore/ship area, but more importantly, the last part of the nuka world gauntlet is completely obscured by some sort of ghost nuka assets taht i can move through but not see through, i can't even fight Colter because the whole arena is one giant block of red ghost metal and he keeps phasing in and out of it.

the last mods I can recall installing, are Ethreons box houses (and the Master plan) to go with it, and Sandbag Fortifications 2. Other than that, i'm not sure what would be causing the issue. i'm running a fairly heavily modded playthrough but did not get any issues such as this before installing those two. It was my first time visiting nuka world so maybe it was from another mod, but it showed up simultaneously as the Far Harbor glitch. I went ahead and uninstalled those mods, then when I fast traveled away from and back to Far harbor, that fixed the problem with the ghost terrain.

 

Unfortunately, nuka world is still FUBARed which is a little unfortunate, hoping I could get some help in resolving this issue. I tried loading a save before entering nuka world, going to far harbor to check (the glitch there was fixed), then going to nuka and running through the gauntlet quickly, unfortunately no luck.

I play with Masterplan and the kits he made for it, and i can tell you that after almost 1600 hours as a permanent resident in my loadorder, i have never had anything but a minor and expected cleaning incident with those files.

 

Those files are the epitome of non intrusive, and very useful mods, and no, i'm not getting payed by the man, i'm pretty sure he thinks i'm a tool if he even noticed me.

 

But your loadorder is all over the place,It literally gave me a nervous tick, and those red and empty plugins really grind my gears.

 

I have only one thing to say.. Beginners guide LOOT>WRYE>FOEDIT, because i don't even know where to start with this confusing mess.

hey man, don't have to be rude. I did eventually find out the issue with the nuka world models, seems it was a vanilla bug so another mod fixed that. But yeah my load order was mostly determined by nmm and the descriptions within the mods themselves, I've been meaning to loot it but so far everything worked fine until I installed those mods, and the moment I removed em, poof everything worked fine again.
