CTD no error in soul cairn now it wont load any saves without crashing

i was going along just fine then the game CTD. Now it crashes whenever i load any save as far back as when you first enter the part leading to the courtyard(in Dawnguard DLC). i have crash fixes and memory leak fixes already installed. i have been trying to fix this for several days now and have run out of ideas that are in my ability and knowledge.
