Streamline vs Tweaking INI

It isn't that streamline just makes changes to the ini, it makes those changes to the ini while you are playing, in an effort to better utilize resources. Normal ini tweaking can't get the same results that you can get with streamline. However, you need to have OBSE installed to use streamline, and in some cases, the process which streamline uses can either conflict, or just simply cause problems with some mods or system setups.

The real question is if you really want to squeeze all the performance you can get out of your system, no matter what it takes, rather than just setting up your ini once according to informed decisions, and never having to look back, or be concerned about what is happening that you aren't aware of.

Thank you.
