So, I wanted to start a new game since I goofed up my previous one (Leliana stayed Hardened, didn't want that,)
I was hoping you guys would know what to do here. I've tried repairing my game, turning off any mods I added in prior, deleting the merged patch files, replacing the patch folder, etc

Odd part is, it keeps showing this to me every time it gets to "ip2_mounts_o.toc".

Exception message: An item with the same key has already been added.
Source: mscorlib
Target: Void ThrowArgumentException(System.ExceptionResource)

StrackTrace:
at System.ThrowHelper.ThrowArgumentException(ExceptionResource resource)
at System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2.Insert(TKey key, TValue value, Boolean add)
at Frostbite.DAIEntry.AddField(String FieldName, DAIField FieldValue)
at Frostbite.DAIEntry.AddBoolValue(String FieldName, Boolean Value)
at DAIModManager.MainWindow.BGWorker_DoWork(Object sender, DoWorkEventArgs e)
at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.OnDoWork(DoWorkEventArgs e)
at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.WorkerThreadStart(Object argument)

What do I do?

EDIT: I tried running without any mods at all, just the official patch, it didn't help either.

This can happen for a number of reasons but mostly it means your game contains some erroneous files. First, if you messed with the files yourself, uninstall and reinstall DAI - don't just repair it, do a clean install ( or maybe it's sufficient if you delete the patch folder and redownload it ). It might also be because you copied a "package" mod inside of your game's folder.

After your DAI reinstall you may get this error "access to the path 'cas.cat' is denied" if so, uncheck the "Read Only" in the properties box of your DAI folder ( right-click that drive and go to properties > security tab > edit button > select your user/admin account and check allow for all the appropriate boxes, OK out of everything ).

Let me know if it doesn't work.
