Skyrim Crashes few minutes into gameplay

I honestly don't know what is causing it. I tried using LOOT and then fixing,filtering and deleting stuff with TES5EDIT but the game keeps crashing few minutes into the gameplay.

I sadly though this is a corrupted safe, because before I had crashes everytime I tried to fast travel (wherever I tried to go).

So I started a new game but the crashes persist.

I use some mods (in this load order):
