Kingsport Lighthouse is actually very popular as a private player home. It is not exactly at the center of things, but it is slightly nicer are than most small settlements. There were 6 women and a brahmin.. A fair sized greenhouse and a bar overlooking the sea. It's the only settlement where I have got 100% happiness.
