Tamriel Object Broken Because Of Mod Placement?

Have any of you come across a problem where you place some objects near or on a mine ore vein and the vein refuses to continue working?

 

I have my entrance to my cave completed but it is sitting on top of an ore vein, very slightly.

 

I've selected the entire entrance and moved it out of the way and that didn't make it work again.

 

I've built a new identical ore vein on top of the original and hooked it up and that still didn't work.

 

Any ideas?

 

You can see in this image how the entrance covers a small part of the ore.
