Game crashing upon exiting Doc's house

I recently installed a lot of mods, probably a bad idea to not test them in between, and was playing with no problems other than some missing hand and face textures. I made my character and tried walking out the door of Doc Mitchell's house when my game crashed. This happens every time I try to leave.

Here is my mod list:

I am using Fallout Mod Manager (0.13.21) and NVSE 5.0b3

Processor: Intel® Core i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz 4.00GHz

Installed momory (RAM): 32.0 GB

System type: 64-bit

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

I also have 50 GB free on my hard drive

I was just wondering if there was something glaringly obvious that I was doing wrong before I start disabling mods 1 by 1 and sitting there listening to Doc Mitchell talk to me over and over.

Thanks for any light you could shed on my situation. Also if you need any more specs from me I can provide them.

That sort for your "load order" is bad. Move all the "inactive" (unchecked) plugins out of the "Data" folder. Please see the 'Vanilla "Load Order"' section in particular of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article. But as you said up front: your basic problem is "installed a lot of mods, probably a bad idea to not test them in between". Read the entire article.
