Added gun to LL.. wrong model for npc but correct model for PC on console spawn

I added in a weapon with no LL support to my LL using FO4Edit following this method...

 

 

but now when enemies spawn with it.. the wrong model is being used. They are all using the deliverer as the weapon model. At the weapon workbench I can add mods to it and the meshes clip through each other for the original weapon's mods.

 

However when I console in the weapon the correct model is used and everything works perfect.

 

Am I missing something in FO4edit?
